I can't imagine a more perfect venue! - 9/28/2018

Brackett's Crossing is absolutely amazing! Caitlin and Michelle are wonderful to work with! They were on top of everything we ever could have needed before and during our big day. Super easy to communicate with and always got back to you with any questions or answers really quick. We loved how so much was included in with this venue and how everything was just taken care of. Our cake/desserts came a bit early with how hot it was that day and our vendor was concerned. Brackett's told them not to worry about it and that they would be happy to set everything up for her a bit later so they wouldn't be in the heat as long. Our guests are STILL talking about how wonderful the food was and how beautiful everything was. We love the huge chandelier in the ballroom. No need for any draped fabric or anything to add to the ceiling. All the staff was wonderful to work with. From Caitlin & Michelle, the servers, bartenders, security, and extra hands, we could not have had a more perfect day. We are so glad Brackett's could help make it so wonderful!

Where do we begin... - 9/26/2018

We don't ever plan on getting married again, but if we did, we would choose Brackett's! Before we even signed the contract, we were treated as a valued customer and even more like close friends. Our minds were put as ease throughout the planning process because Michelle and Caitlin were there every step of the way to answer any questions we had and guide us in the right direction with vendors. They never tried to upsell us and were always upfront about the cost and mindful of our budget. We chose to have our ceremony and reception onsite. When searching for venues, having an outdoor ceremony wasn't a must, but we could not pass up the opportunity to have a Garden Ceremony in September. Knowing that we had an easy backup in case of poor weather, again, put our minds at ease. The ceremony area was gorgeous and needed very little extra décor to make it feel welcoming. After the ceremony, we had a cocktail hour on the terrace, live music and delicious hors d'oeuvres. One of our favorite moments was walking into the ballroom and seeing all of our guests enjoying drinks, mingling and noticeably enjoying themselves. Dinner was an absolute hit, people were talking about the food days later (we chose chicken and walleye). The waitstaff and bartenders were so polite and there was not a moment where they wouldn't go out of the way to make sure the guests had everything they needed. We are so sad it's over, but we have nothing but amazing memories to keep with us forever about our wedding day at Brackett's.

For anyone looking to have a beautiful, worry-free reception that won't break the bank -Brackett's is the way to go. - 9/10/2018

My wife and I were taken great care of by Michelle who patiently worked with us through the details that were important to us. The venue is incredible and they provide fantastic service. Seriously, we couldn't be more happy with Brackett's.

From the first time we toured Brackett's over a year ago, and met with Caitlin, we knew we had to have our wedding there! - 9/04/2018

Everything we had hoped for and dreamed about became a reality. Our day was absolutely perfect. From the outside garden area where we had our ceremony, to the ballroom where the reception was, everything was beautiful! Caitlin was an absolute joy to work with we loved her! She even remembered my husband saying how much he likes chocolate milkshakes during one of our meetings and brought him one to our table during our dinner! All the staff at Brackett's were wonderful, and the food was amazing. We had the Southwest Fajita Buffet, and so many of our guests told us how much they loved the food. I would recommend Brackett's to anyone planning their wedding. We had the best experience.

We got so many compliments on the venue (especially the outdoor ceremony space which is gorgeous) as well as the staff. Everything was executed perfectly day of and I am so so happy we selected this venue! Highly highly recommend!

Brackett's did a great job for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding on Aug. 4, 2018. - 8/08/2018

Caitlin is so easy to work with and organized, we knew every detail was taken care of. Brackett's is very accommodating with special requests, they even created a custom appetizer at the Bride's request; grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters. Everyone love it! The food, service, set up and staff was excellent. Brackett's even has their own digital photo booth with customization, animation and digital props built in. It was so much fun and everyone received their pictures immediately via text or social media. A crowd favorite. Thank you Brackett's for making this a wedding to remember!

Absolutely 5 star venue! - 8/6/2018

We just had our wedding ceremony and reception on Friday, August 3rd. The staff is absolutely wonderful to work with. Professional, courteous, and on point in every way. The food is outstanding! Yes, for mass produced food, believe it or not, it is very, very good! Kudos to the chef! We had rave reviews from all of our guests on food, surroundings and service. Michelle Hall was absolutely an amazing wedding coordinator. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She is very prompt in responses, very helpful, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. She took so much of the stress out of a first time mother of the bride. The venue is just beautiful. We had an estimated 220 people. We used the Platinum Ballroom and the outdoor ceremony space. The ballroom is just beautiful with the 2 beautiful chandeliers, and all the windows surrounding half the room. Everything was just lovely. The grounds, landscaping and flowers are all beautiful. There are multiple spots for amazing pictures. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with Brackett's Crossing Country Club!

Brackett's Crossing made our wedding day an absolute dream! - 7/24/2018

Michelle sure does know what she is doing and made our day go flawlessly! We had so many complements on how exceptional and accommodating the staff was, as well as how amazing the food is! I cannot say enough good things about this place. We are so grateful that we chose Brackett's!!!
