Assistant Restaurant Manager
​
Assist in managing the Club’s casual dining, fine dining, pool, and beverage cart operations. Support hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and colleagues. Oversee daily operations, including labor, scheduling, inventory, and service standards, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and cleanliness. Manager within budget guidelines while developing and implementing promotions, events, and specials to drive sales and enhance the member experience.​

Wage: $22.00 - $24.00 / Hour

Position & Kitchen Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time, Variable Schedule (availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and some Holidays), Year-round position.
Banquet Prep Cook
​
Your work begins the process of what finishes as culinary success for all of our banquets, member events and off-site catering. Your attention to detail, creativity and passion for food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation will contribute to the overall success of our team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment.​

Wage: $19.00 - $24.00 / Hour

Position & Kitchen Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Variable, Non-Exempt position. Flexible schedules available Monday - Sunday from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Non-Exempt Position.
Dishwasher / Lavaplatos
Your motivation and willingness to jump in and help as needed will be key for this position. Main responsibilities include washing, drying, stacking, organizing and inventory of all cookware, dishware, glassware and silverware. Clean and polish all appliances, stainless steel surfaces and work stations. You are responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of our culinary kitchen and surrounding areas. You will assist with food preparation as needed.

Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 / Hour
