Assistant Restaurant Manager
Assist in managing the Club’s casual dining, fine dining, pool, and beverage cart operations. Support hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and colleagues. Oversee daily operations, including labor, scheduling, inventory, and service standards, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and cleanliness. Manager within budget guidelines while developing and implementing promotions, events, and specials to drive sales and enhance the member experience.
Wage: $48,000 - $52,000 DOE (Full benefits package)
Position Schedule: Full-Time Exempt. Availability Monday - Sunday. Schedule requirements will vary based on business volume and event needs. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and select holidays is required.
Banquet Sous Chef
As the Banquet Sous Chef, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional culinary experience for our members, their guests, and private-event clientele. Working closely with the Banquet Chef, this position supports the planning, preparation, and execution of banquet menus and special events, ensuring the highest standards of culinary quality, presentation, consistency, and service.
Wage: $55,000 - $60,000 DOE (Full benefits package)
Position & Kitchen Schedule: Full-Time, Exempt position. Availability Monday - Sunday. Schedule requirements will vary based on business volume and event needs. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and select holidays is required.
Dishwasher / Lavaplatos
Your motivation and willingness to jump in and help as needed will be key for this position. Main responsibilities include washing, drying, stacking, organizing and inventory of all cookware, dishware, glassware and silverware. Clean and polish all appliances, stainless steel surfaces and work stations. You are responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of our culinary kitchen and surrounding areas. You will assist with food preparation as needed.
Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 / Hour
Position & Kitchen Schedule: Part-Time, Variable, Non-Exempt Position.
